During our consultation, the stylist actually took notes and wrote down on her clipboard details of my challenges, problems and the exact coloring I wanted. She even repeated it to make sure. Then she calmly explained what she recommended, why and how the process would look. I couldn't believe I've found a salon that actually LISTENS! The personal attention was incredible, and for once I'm getting educated on the right products and styling tools so my hair looks the same every morning, not just in the salon. I worl @ the University Hospital and everyone in my office has commented on my hair and I've referred all of them.
The staff is friendly and helpful, not ot mention hilariously funny. Oh, and they even fed me. I will stay with this salon as long as I live in Cleveland!!!
