The Green Papaya is a great fusion american/vietnamese restaurant. You will find some american dishes with a Vietnamese twist. For instance, my favorite is the Chef's Peppercorn steak. I don't know what their secret recipe is, but whenever I am craving a nice juicy tasty steak, I always go there. The price for a dish like this, is very reasonable, considering the quality you are getting. There are more traditional dishes like Pho Bo/Ga (Beef or Chicken soup with rice noodles). You can even request for other items such as carrots, tofu to be put in your soup. How's that for customization.
I believe the restaurant has a great crew.
The staff was very friendly. We were prompted greeted and seated at our table. The server checked on us, and were very courteous.
I believe you should see for yourself and give Green Papaya a try. You won't be dissapointed.
