I was a bit disappointed in Spa Sydell's Cumberland Mall location. The Spa definitely needs updating. Proper pedicure chairs not a Dr. Scholl's footbath. On a more positive note, my nail tech, Mayi, was very attentive. Cons: Over-priced more
