I loved Skin Essence at first. After several visits and hundreds of $$$'s later, I started to get this nagging feeling that something was not right. I felt like I was being taken advantage of. I poured lots of money into the skin care but all I received in return was a non-relaxing experience. Lina left me in the room during treatments on EVERY visit to answer the phone and attend to OTHER clients. She did the "can u hold this machine on your face" thing as well. Once I showed up for an appointment and she no idea she booked it. Also she called my home at 8am on a Sat claiming I had an appointment. I rushed out of bed. Got very stressed thinking I miss an appointment, only to check my calendar and see I had no appointment. My last straw was when she asked me how I manage my money. I felt uncomfortable. She claimed to be in the business to help people, but her service did not show that.
