i scheduled a spa day for my friends consisting of a mani/pedi, a facial, and hair colouring. they offer you complimentary bottled water or seattle's coffee upon entering. the staff is incredibly friendly, and the ambience is comfortable yet luxurious.
my facial was incredible, my skin felt so wonderful; my friend had only glowing reviews about his mani/pedi, and the hair colouring was the icing on the cake. my friend left with the most gorgeous shade of red that after weeks has faded the least of any other colouring i have ever seen.
ray is a genius! if you need anything done with your hair, i would recommend him above all else.
