We had an oil leak and took it to Syme's Saab (never go there!). $1000 later we still had an oil leak. Syme's claimed it was new and wanted $1500 to fix the "new" leak. Instead, we took it to Gabe's who said "I can't believe they missed this broken hose in a major service" (just done at Syme's). $110 later the leak was fixed for good. We've never looked back. 1.5 years of excellent service. The only disconcerting thing is that the place looks a mess, but I guess looks are deceiving in this case.
