It takes 4-6 weeks for an appt, even if your a longtime client & being overbooked as in a two hour appt turns into 4 hrs while they do 3 cuts in between, they have a tech put the color on your hair so get ready to tip (3) people Tech, Shampooer and your Dresser. Its Very pricey $ and lacking in customer appreciation and service.
They have client referral bonus plan have referred 4 people still have not rec'd any free services as promised. Haircutters are good to average, but they are not Vidal Sasson, nothing you cannot find anywhere else, this is not a NYC salon by no means.If you like paying there prices, go to the city and get a better cut for about the same $ and who are accomadating of longtime clients
