The restaurant looks like a foot court, the lighting is so bright (romantic is definitely a ""No"" and don't even try to bring your girl friend there). It's supposed to be a french restaurant but interestly they are serving american food. My waitress does not even look at our table and I need to ask three times for water. I don't know why it deserves a 8.9 rating here.
