I just went around town to several bicycle shops, and this place was by far the friendliest place. I didn't know the first thing about bikes, and the salesperson was SUPER helpful in determining my needs, and fitting me in the right bike for the right price. I bought a few upgrades, gadgets, and accessories, and he was very helpful in making suggestions in trying to reduce cost for me. When you buy a bike from them, all service is free for the life of the bike... all you have to do is buy the parts, and they'll install it for FREE! GREAT experience.
