Obviously based on my earlier review I loved this salon (or rather my stylist) who ended up quitting and switching salons. I didn't want to drive to her new salon so I tried going here to another stylist. I had the most awful experience! I wanted my hair colored black, when i left it looked ok, but within 2 weeks it was bright greeen! I called the salon owner to complain and he said they only guarantee their color for two weeks (what the??!!??) anyway, he wasn't even willing to bother to look at it. He said that it was my water that turned it green! I was so mad! I called my former stylist at her new salon and she got me in right away and fixed it. It has been a couple of months now and the new color still looks great. So apparently my WATER did not make my color fade.
