This was to be a night of celebrating our engagement. An hour to be seated WITH A RESERVATION. They asked us to wait at another restaurant and use "their" bar. We waited 1/2 hour to have our order taken and 1/2 hour between courses. The staff was not organized to handle this event. Others were complaining about service and waiting for their food. Tables exchanged conversation of "lack of service". I think the entity that will pay for this is Gervais for those that may never return to find out what the rest of the meal was like because patrons started to walk out. There was no apology or compensation given for such a poor evening of service. I hope lessons will be learned from this event because this restaurant is not up to the standards of the set expectations. Truly a dissappointment.
