I have been going to Watercourse for years and am always, consistently impressed. And I am a meat eater!! It is the only place like it in Denver... Excellent for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The staff is friendly and helpful with menu items. Definitely try the baked goods - vegan tiramisu!! Check out the new location on 17th - same great prices and food!
