The first time I was here, I had a wonderful experience and the food was fantastic. That day, I took my brother-in-law and her wife there and we had reservation. My wife called to confirm hours before. When we got there, they said we didn't have a reservation and can't give us a table anymore. So we argued with them a little and later found our reservation. However, they still made us waited for at least half an hour. I think they are overbooking and poor organization.\r

The food on that day was so-so. The service was no longer as good as it use to be. Our server were unattentive. We had to ask other server several times to get our server to get service. He's never around when you need him and takes forever to have your menu taken and also to pay the bill.\r

Another change since last time is that they no longer offer free parking. There are plenty of parking at Fort Masion since they are the only one in business at night. And what's worst, they don't even validate parking for you. Parking is $6 there. $6 is not too much considering it's SF, but the place wasn't busy and the lot was empty. They could have offered free like the past. In addition, the person at the front desk said it's about $2 or so. I guess they don't know too much even though they work there.\r
