I have been practicing Bikram yoga for years and LOVE it! So it is with great sadness that I watched the demise of the Fremont studio. What is really sad is that if this place were run properly it could easily be the best Bikram studio in town. While it's true that the practice room is small and the amenities can be a little sparse, the heating system is awesome and there is a really friendly neighborhood vibe amongst the patrons. The problem is that the owners are freaking weirdos! The ink on their teacher training diplomas is still wet and they act like they are gods gift to yoga. They both seem to think they need to put on a show in class. The woman either gives instruction as though she were teaching kindergarden or she brings up all kinds of negative stuff that is really not what I want to hear in a yoga class. Also they are so cheap they don't maintain the studio very well, the soap in the showers is watered down to the point of being useless. The saving grace of this place WAS that they had some really good teachers but the bozos in charge drove them away. Now there's no reason to go there at all... Sad.
