As soon as I walked in I knew I was in for a different shopping experience. I had been trying to get a ring reset for a while but all of the big jewelry stores I went to didn't make my small request a priority at all. I even called around to find a place that could reset the ring in less than a week and was told I should try a ""mall jeweler"" as if it was beneath them to even consider such a request. The women at Palas were amazingly sweet and made me feel like I was a top priority! While I was there I had a chance to look at the other beautiful and unique jewelry and was surprised at how reasonably priced everything was.
Pros: Unique Jewelry, Customer Service
Cons: A little hard to find if you don't know where you're going
