This Manhattan outpost of the typically reliable Ruth's Chris is a total tourist trap. We had one of the worst meals we have ever paid for in NYC, particularly considering the price for such mediocrity. The steaks had been pre-cooked and came out with a ""gray"" color. One of our guests ordered Tuna which was oversalted. When she told the waiter it was too salty, he said (not kidding) ""Tuna is a salty fish. It swims in salt water."" The entire meal, from food to service to decor was poor. We decided to try it as a new pre-theatre alternative. We would never go back.
Pros: Nothing noteworthy
Cons: Poor food, overpriced, tourist trap
