We had certapro paint our house, and it was a joke. My 2 yr old could do a better job. After many attempts to fix it, I just gave up and now will have to pay to have it done again. The estimate made it sound like they would do thourough job, and when it cam down to it, the did minimal prep work and slapped on some pain. I have heard the same outcome from many others. They only satsifaction I have is that I have talked 6 people from using them. Many of those people have used Curb appeal painting and have been thrilled. The people who I spoke to came to my house and saw the poor job, and agreed that it was bad. The estimates may look like they do a good job, but when it comes down to it they should put as much effort in to the painting as they do their fancy paper work. The sales guy was good at his job, and I fell for it. The franchise I used was in Garfield Heights, owner Mike Hopkins.
