I brought in a very expensive blouse from Italy to be cleaned. It came back faded, streaked and a size smaller. Since I had bought the same blouse when it came on sale, I brought the undamaged one to them to show them the difference. The owner smiled very nicely , thrust the bill in my face and refused to do anything about their error.

Cons: ruin clothes, terrible service
