When I moved to noe I vowed i would never go out in the suburbanite neighborhood. However the TAvern is really close, its spacious, theres a smoking room, pinball, you can bring in food from the outside and theres a big patio. So it has its benefits. Its deifintely not the usual crowd for the city but its a nice neighborhoody bar and on Sundays they have every football game you could want to see. I have heard people complain about the lack of quick service but I feel its part of the laid-back atmosphere -- theres certainly no one in a rush in there.
