My workplace often orders several choices of box lunches from Bread & Company. My favorite is the chicken salad on cranberry nut bread. The chicken salad is generous and perfectly moist containing sliced almonds and garnished with tomatoes and lettuce. Their mild meaty chicken salad complements the sweet nuggets of cranberry and the crunch of walnuts in the sandwich bread which is savory not sweet. Included in the box are chips, a cookie and extra mayonnaise and mustard (which are not needed as the chicken salad is impeccably seasoned). Being served from Bread & Company makes contented employees who are agreeable to working through lunch.
