I recently went into beans to get some new products and was very dissapointed not by the products but by the service. I had no help by the employees and when I asked a question about a product they were very roud and acted like they were busy and couldn't help me, later i found out the man who was roud to me was the owner and i just think if u are going to spend alot of money in a store buying a $300 flat iron people exspecially the owner should treat there customers with respect and be a little more helpful.
