Country Pet Wash is a self-serve pet wash facility. It also charges $6 more per wash than Petco. We value our dogs (day care daily, trips to Three Dog Bakery weekly, etc.) and have never hesitated to pay more for better service or a higher quality product. I did, however, want to know what I would be paying for, so I called Pet Wash to ask. \r

The employee (owner?) said in an unnecessarily condescending way "if you want quality, come here. If you want a low price, go there." "Sure," I said, "but what exactly makes it higher quality?" He answered "It's just that people who care about quality come here. If you only care about price, go to Petco." \r

So I tried another tactic- specific questions like "Are the bathtubs private? Are they more spacious? What kind of shampoo do you have?" He responded that he was too busy to answer.\r
