While the person who came out seemed knowledgable, his over-all custoer service fell short of expectations when he refused to climb my 2 story roof. Instead, he inspected my chimney via binoculars from ground-level. While I understand the reluctance to climb a wet roof, I can not excuse his reluctance to climb it on a later date. Also, he stressed the importance of having my chimney reinspected by him during the spring. I can only surmise that he planned upon climbing my roof at that time but I'm unwilling to allow myself to be disappointed a 2nd time.\r
