Obviously people that are not from Texas shouldn't be writing reviews about Texas BBQ!!! This place has great BBQ and I would know since I have relatives in the BBQ business as well! They just live far from here, so if I have to pick and chose, and when it comes to where to eat BBQ around Humble and Atascosita...there's no competition. I heard that Spring Creek is moving to the area soon...wew, wew...haha...I just moved from Dallas, trust me, you'll be back at Tin Roof! And if you have kids or just really like chicken, Tin Roof has the BEST CHICKEN STRIPS EVER!!! Ok, I guess I'm done. By the way, Ron and Nancy are the salt of the earth...and their restaurant is just another example of great people doing great business. :) They have mine.
