Balto is the best.\r
Anyone who has suffered through the nightmare waitstaff at some of the ""local"" all-night cafes in Austin should visit IHOP at the MOPAC/Bee Caves location for the chance to see what a difference a professional waiter (or, at least, someone who takes pride in their work) will make in your life.\r
His name is Balto, and he simply takes care of business. He doesn't try to charm you or otherwise get familiar, he's just thoughtful enough to take care of your dining experience as efficiently as I've ever seen.\r
I went online so that I could send IHOP a word on his behalf and found the previous reviewer who exactly shares my regard for Balto... felt I had to echo the sentiment...\r
I refuse to go to the other ""cafes"" in Austin because I got tired of some angry, disaffected, tattooed, pierced, people-hating, malcontent who is inbetween doses of his/her ""medicine"" making me wonder what's happening to my food.\r
Balto puts yor mind at ease.
