I visited TART a few times when it was still very new, and each experience was drastically different than the last - different menu, different staff, but I think they've finally sorted out the identity crisis. The past three times I've been with my co-workers we've been helped by the same very sweet waitress (ask for Laney), and -gasp- the menu has had the same offereings!!! It seems that TART has adopted a shape up or ship out attitude and finally tightened the reins on the kitchen. Our food came out in a timely manner, was presented beautifully, and tasted great! The prices have been toned down, and they offer beautiful martinis made with fresh fruit. They bring out complimentary cornbread in adorable cast iron pans, but we still get the Upside-Down Nachos to start every time. The Angel Hair with Ahi is to die for, and my friend loves the ribs. Trust me. It's taken some time, but I think TART has proven to be well worth the wait!!
