I am constantly incensed after dealing with these people. Having had my vehicle for little more than a month, it spent a good deal of that time at their garage. This is due mainly to their poor communication skills, uninvolved after-sales group, and inattentive technicians. Customer service truly is a foreign concept with this troupe. Within the 1st week I had 4 outstanding problems with the vehicle. All of which I had noticed at purchase and was told would be corrected in a day. Two weeks later and having taken a few days off from work, only three had been corrected. Dealing with Rosenthal has been a lesson in self-control and logical reluctance. And the problems continue. . . So save your time, money and dignity - don't bother.
