You might see long lines when you you drive by one of their restaurants, and upon waiting in one those lines (sometimes for up to an hour), you will find that the steaks are no better than one you could have grilled in your back yard in half the time, and for more than half the price. While the food there is not at all bad, I just find it hard to wait so long for something I could have done just as well myself. Save your time and buy a nice cut from their butcher shop (which is very good, and had an ecellent selection), fire up your grill, and grab a cold one.
