Initial contact and willingness to work with the customer was great however when i bought my car the windshield wipers fell off there was a tail light out and absolutely no oil in it. when i returned for the oil change the mechanic had ordered the wrong oil filter and i had to sit there for 2 hours waiting. there was also no gas cap with my vehicle and the inside fills up with gas fumes.
