I've been to this salon twice, with the same experience both times. When I walked in, the receptionist was catty, demeaning, and greeted me and other customers with a sneer. The stylist, however, was friendly, skillful, and made me look great. When I went to pay, I had to deal with the horrible beotch receptionist again. Its too bad because I would be a regular customer if I felt welcome there.
