I am truly not one to complain about trivial things, BUT I thought I should share my experience. I called today to book an appointment for me and my friend who just got engaged and asked if they had any openings this weekend. The receptionist told me that she was with another client and she would call me back. No Problem. When she did call me back, my phone began to ring (I was at work), and I asked her if she could hold for a sec b/c I was at work, and she actually rudely said "Maybe". I was shocked being that her job is to be polite and make $$$ for the spa. As somebody who works in customer service, I expected WAY more based on reviews. I am sure the actual spa services are good but I chose to go elsewhere due to lack of customer service. more
