I went there to replace my old phone with the new one and they put my name on the waiting list. I waited hour and a half! They only had 4 customer service rep and was really, really slow.
i would never go back there unless I absolutely have to. If you need to purchase a sprint phone, go to Radio Shack. Their price is way better and no waiting in line!
