Very poor about communication as soon as contract was signed. Workers showed up and started pounding on roof at 6.30am on 2nd day of job with no advance warning. Left a small portion of job unfinished for a week with no explanation, even though I specifically asked. Did a poor job of cleaning debris from yard. Left a huge mound of shingles blocking front door of house between 1st and 2nd days of job. Left nails visibly protruding through overhangs in many places. Before job gave a detailed information sheet about how the job would proceed, but contradicted this information in several respects (including the above, as well as time frame for delivery of materials and start of work).
