Went to Millbrae Lock to look for a special lock to put a deadbolt on our front double door. The clerk there wasn't very helpful. I explained to him what I needed and it was like I was talking another foreign language. So I didn't get an anwer for what I needed. Not only was he not helpful, the store itself was not very organized and clean. I wouldn't recommend this store if you have special lock questions or needs. I guess only if you need keys made or already manufactured locks.
