This community might look nice from afar, but forget about actually living here. It takes forever to be "approved" to live here. The staff is a bunch of incompetent idiots. Your neighbors will be rude and uncaring people, so be prepared. Kids everywhere getting into mischief and mayhem. They have surprise inspections where "random" apartments will be checked. They told us to clean out our kitchen because the exterminator was coming, and he never came. The apartment was not sprayed for anything during the time we were living there. I was a stay at home mom, so I was home all day and no one came, ever.
But the worse complaint of all is that we were cleaning up our apartment and doing a "slow move" so that we could move to our house. We slowly got things out and cleaned for about a month and we made sure to lock the doors every time we left.
