I, like many others, read the great reviews and put faith in the high ranking of this salon--biggest mistake. I have been to many great and many not so great salons and this salon ranks below the not so great ones. Besides being very small and cluttered, the salon is very unprofessional looking. Although the stylists, who worked on me (no names, sorry), were very nice, the hair cuts I received were terrible. Despite my explicit detailing of the haircut I wanted, the stylist completely disregarded my request. Additionally, she completely ignored my hair type. She gave me a hair cut that is impossible to style, unless you're a stylist, and will require months to grow out and fix. I'm not in the habit of bashing salons and stylists, but when the stylist messes up a simple trim, you might want to find a new one.
