When I first when to Do-Duds, I thought I'd met the two grumpiest ladies on earth. You sort of have to earn their approval, but they just have a grumpy first impression. I have been using them for about a year, and they are smiling behind their disinterest. Just look! They are very reliable and very affordable. They always get my ""no fabric softener"" order correct, and they always call when it's ready. It's always dried all the way. I'm so glad I stuck with them because they are excellent. Don't let the first impression scare you off. Seriously!
