This is a great workout facility located at the beach. They have the most up to date fitness equipment as well as top notch fitness classes. The also have a nursery so that you can leave your kids while you work out. The staff is very professional and very helpful too. The facility is very clean and at any given time you see employees wiping down the equipment. The restrooms and showers are clean.
