I went based on a friend's recommendation. Best decision ever made! The value is great, and the staff is very attentive and friendly. And the stylist won't ever try to steer you wrong. If you want something done that they don't feel will work with your hair's texture, they will tell you--and they're usually right. They are also very accomodating. I went to have my hair straightened and was told at first that they don't book appointments on the weekends for that. But when I explained that I couldn't just take a day off from work for hair straightening, they agreed to take me on a Saturday. I was 8 months pregnant at the time and sitting in that chair for 4 hours could have been horrible, but everyone was so sweet, bringing me drinks and offering to go get lunch for me. I'd recommend H.A. to all my friends!
