I have been very pleased with this store since it came to Rome a little over a year ago. As a teacher I have spent over $1000 in the store in the past 7 months for myself and my book club. I recently went to the store to get a summer "beach book" for me. The name of the book is "Mine are spectacular". I forgot the author of the book and had to ask a clerk. She went to the computer to look it up. I first had to spell "spectacular" for the clerk. Then she typed it in as "miner spectacular". I told her that it was m-i-n-e-a-r-e-s-p-e-c-t-a-c-u-l-a-r but she then put in minear spectacular. I finally had to say "first word - mine, second word -are, last word - spectacular" and spell each word for her. She then told me that the book was out of stock. I had called the night before and was told that there were plenty of them. This is the second time that I have driven across town after calling to be told that the book was not available.
