Few places can actually make spare ribs both over-cooked and under-cooked on the same rib. I'd guess they were wrapped in foil so long the under-cooked ribs steamed to make mush out of the outer meat. And the beans - tasted like disount canned Ranch beans with a bottle of hot sauce dumped in - no more. And the slaw, well - just don't go there.
