I finally found the cross and chain I was looking for at Gold Connection in Downtown Crossing. They offered the biggest choice of charms and chains downtown. The man behind the counter was very polite and helpful, trying on chains for me so I could decide which my boyfriend would like best. They dont pressure you into buying anything you dont want, and the prices are reasonable
