We had a reservation for ""The Ark"" and collected $20 from all 150 people to pitch in for the boat and food. The day of the boat party Beach Front Boat rentals calls me to tell me that they have to cancel because they have mechanical problems with the boat. They left us high and dry and did not offer any alternatives. Also, it is impossible to get anyone knowledgable on the phone.
Pros: $5 parking, poor maintainence, no service
