The driver showed up for our event (a funeral) as the event was ENDING and actually tried to set the flowers up while we were walking away. She was quite rude about it when we confronted her about being late. It is one thing to pay for a service you don't receive and another to pay, not receive it AND be treated rudely in the process! While the owner didn't charge us, there is no undoing the fact that they missed the event...For once in a lifetime events or any event that really matters, I would steer clear of Botanika!
