there's something fishy about this place... cannot pay by credit card (only check, money order or cash). when i called to ask who i could make the check out to they told me that they would let me know when i came to pay. hmmmmmm. that sounds sorta strange.
and another thing... they kept calling me to confirm my appointment for registration. that's not good service... that's borderline creepy.
