The cake I purchased was awful, so bad I couldn't serve it to my guests. It was dry, it was the wrong flavor, they forgot to add sugar to the frosting, and the fondant had a nasty after taste. When I called to complain, the owner was very rude and did not care about rectifying the situation. After several phone calls/emails the owner finally agreed to refund my money but refused to apologize for the screw up or her behavior.
