Pop's Catfish in Sevierville (the little sister of Pop's in Pigeon Forge) not only has THE best catfish within 100 miles they have some of the best steaks in Sevier County (certainly the best value steaks). Their crab stuffing (in the mushrooms and stuffed flounder) is perfect, the catfish is dead on, and the service is top notch. Definatly a must do if you're in Sevier County. A great place to stop on the way in or out of the county from the interstate.
