How is it possible that IO has a 9.7 approval rating on CitySearch, when over half of the reviews posted are negative? This spa is staffed with bored front-desk employees who act as though they couldn't care any less that you're at their spa, and the treatments are all done in the same ""just going through the motions"" manner. A big disappointment, and a huge waste of money.
