I recently found a great girl at Cole's that seemed to listen to what I wanted. I decided after having my son that I needed a change so I scheduled a consulation to cut off at least 10 inches of my hair, get a new hairstyle and also color and highlight my hair.
The style ended up to be nowhere near what I asked for but it was still nice so I didn't complain but she was late that day so she didn't even style my hair or show me the back of it. For 135.00 dollar (which included a 10.00 upcharge for a hairstyle request) I didn't even get my hair styled just blown dry and out the door I went. I felt really bad about it because it was expensive for me and I don't think it's appropriate to short change anyone to make up for lost time.
