We went in there on a Sunday afternoon to grab a drink before seeing a movie. We were ignored by the staff for several minutes before placing an order. We said we were catching a movie and asked if the fries we were ordering would be done quickly, and they said we'd get them right away. When they didn't arrive, we asked about them and were told that the kitchen had never started them. We got our money back and left, and we won't be returning.
